Zscaler, a leading US-headquartered cloud security company, had historically run demand generation campaigns from its central HQ, but the EMEA team wanted to run a more personalised, account-centric demand generation program into 216 prospect accounts in local language.  It needed a personalised, account-centric campaign, delivered in local language and with messaging created specifically around the interests, needs and priorities of the 4,500+ contacts identified in order to achieve the desired engagement levels.

Approach

What we did

Agent3 created a three-phase, account-centric demand program, delivered in local language, at stakeholder level, with clearly defined follow-up actions for every individual lead generated was delivered with both scale and granularity in mind.

The ability to monitor stakeholder behaviour throughout the campaign - and adapt the audience & approach based on this data - enabled Zscaler to efficiently generate over 220+ new opt-ins and 40+ further qualified leads from high-priority stakeholders, within key named accounts.

How it went

This campaign was so successful, the approach has since been replicated to programs in the APJ region, with results significantly exceeding the category norm.

212 leads opted-in with 50 marketing qualified leads requiring an immediate follow up from sales after only 12 weeks.
