ITSMA + Agent3

Paul Mackender

June 24, 2019

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Agent3 and ITSMA have agreed to be Global strategic partners focused on advancing ABM best practice.

We believe in ABM. We built a business on it. And to keep growing we have always understood that we need to continue to evolve our approach and methodology. We need to keep pushing boundaries, keep learning, keep listening and continue to ask questions.

You don’t do that in a vacuum. We have amazing customers who push us to excel every day. We have learnt so much and continue to learn from them every day. However, we are their trusted advisor and partner in their adventures in ABM. We felt we needed another leader of ABM to push us further. So we could offer more to our customers and to ABM practitioners around the world.

We’ve been long admirers of ITSMA. They’re the leading ABM advisors and practitioners who over the past 25 years have led the way in defining, building and inspiring B2B marketing excellence and ABM best practice. We’ve been exposed to their materials and training to develop the thinking of our own methodologies while our customers also look to ITSMA and us to advance their thinking and practice too.

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Agent3 and ITSMA have agreed to be Global strategic partners focused on advancing ABM best practice. We share common beliefs in ABM and together we’ll be promoting and championing true ABM to B2B businesses. In partnership we will innovate, collaborate and ideate to drive the continuing advancement and evolution of ABM.

Henry Ford said, “Coming together is the beginning, staying together is progress and working together is success”. We genuinely feel very excited that this is the beginning of developing and evolving ideas around ABM further. We are looking forward to progressing ABM with the ITSMA. Together, we will achieve success on shared content, events and joint IP.

The first output of our partnership is the ITSMA approved ABM measurement framework and dashboards. We’ve been collaborating around this and the next step is to discuss with ABM practitioners at the ITSMA Forum in London. As I said above, we need to continue to learn, listen and innovate.

We deliver true ABM at scale. Together with ITSMA, we will scale ABM across B2B practitioners too. We can’t wait to get started.
