Exploring AI: Safety and support for B2B marketers

Modern marketing has become increasingly complex in recent years, and the pressure on today’s CMOs and B2B marketers to drive growth through increased marketing effectiveness is well documented.  

Does AI help alleviate these challenges?  We think so.

Back in September when we announced the formation of the Agent3 Group, we talked about the Group function focusing on investment in innovation, particularly around emerging areas, such as AI, which could then be utilized across our individual specialist businesses, and we’re pleased to announce progress.  

We have formed a team of AI specialists and, as well as identifying applications for AI across our business, we have started working with clients on education around, and rolling out of,  AI solutions that are delivering immediate benefits of workflow efficiencies and accuracy.  We look forward to sharing some of our success stories in due course.  

We are also tracking new and innovative commercial AI tools as they become available, as well as actively exploring the use of AI to enhance our team’s capabilities and the products and solutions we deliver for our clients. Where appropriate, these are evaluated by our team using our own internal content and content available in the public domain.

Currently, we do not process sensitive client materials via any third-party AI tools, nor are AI outputs used in the creation of any assets we deliver to our customers. When we deploy capabilities in these areas, we will do so in collaboration with our clients.

We are also aware that many AI tools currently utilise multiple hosting and processing services and suppliers to deliver their products. As we progress our solutions, we are mindful of helping our customers navigate this and the need for transparency and visibility. To that end, we are delighted to announce two solutions we are bringing to market:

AI Activation Consultancy

We’re seeing an increased demand for our AI consulting services from clients wishing to enhance their existing B2B Marketing & Sales workflows by leveraging AI point solutions for better business outcomes - something we guarantee to deliver within 90-days!   In addition to building specific AI applications and solutions, therefore, we are offering our deep AI knowledge and experience to clients through our AI Activation Consultancy.

Private AI-powered content interrogation engine

We have developed our own AI-powered content interrogation engine, which is able to ingest and analyse documents, text, and web pages in a secure cloud environment, allowing us to operate the strictest privacy and data retention options provided by ChatGPT and Google AI (and other LLMs coming soon)

Key features include:

  • Content Variety: The engine can manage content from diverse sources, including web content, PDFs, and various text sources
  • Source Control: Users have complete visibility and control over the source document and content, providing confidence in the interrogation process
  • Conversational AI: The engine facilitates the creation, management, and export of conversations with AI endpoints, starting with GPT-4, and plans to incorporate even more advanced models in the future

  • Source Location Querying: Users can effortlessly trace the origin of answers generated by the AI, enhancing transparency and trust in the process

Our objective with this technology is to empower the Agent3 Group team and, in the coming months, extend this empowerment to our customers - either in a standalone capacity or through integrations - to enhance bespoke apps and experiences developed for our clients. By exploring conversational AI in a secure environment, we aim to develop a wide range of commercial applications that will drive innovation and excellence.

AI tools: Privacy and Safety

It’s nearly impossible to keep tabs on all the AI tools and applications coming to market. As we approach the tail end of 2023, the pace of new innovations and improvements is accelerating, but to what extent is user privacy and data security considered? 

Since beginning our exploration of AI tools, we’ve all been concerned about, and advised against, feeding personal or sensitive data into platforms without knowing how that data will be used. So how can companies mitigate this data threat while simultaneously taking advantage of the enormous potential of AI within the workplace?  

With Agent3 Group’s track record of innovation within the B2B space, it was imperative that any AI solution we built, needed to put data and security as the number one priority.
