What personal information do we collect about you?

We collect and process your information in the following ways:

Information you give us
When you complete a form or volunteer your details in some other way, we typically collect the following information about you: your name, company name, email address, telephone number, social media handles and any associated areas of interest you have explicitly shared with us.

We collect and share anonymized data with third parties which typically takes the form of:

How do we use your personal information?

We use your personal information to contact you for one of the following reasons:

  • Where we have your consent: this is usually in cases where you have opted in to receive marketing and other forms of communications around topics that you’ve expressed interest in, this may include information about services offered by Agent3
  • Where we have legitimate consent: this allows us to contact you in the event that we identify a data breach or similar issue which we need to bring to your attention
  • Where we have a legal obligation: this is where we have retained information for legal, financial and other communications purposes and we need to demonstrate that we have adhered to a process when handling your data 

 

How long do we keep your personal information for?

We would usually keep your personal information for 5 years and only ever amend your details if we are changing our databases but would not add to or change your details without your prior consent. 


Who do we share your personal information with?

We only share your personal information with trusted third party data processors (like software platforms used to coordinate projects, communications systems providers such as SMS and email delivery platforms)  where we have retained them to provide services that you or our clients have requested. These third parties comply with similar and equally stringent undertakings of privacy and confidentiality.

We also share your personal information with third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us, such as professional advisors, IT consultants carrying out testing and development work on our business technology systems, research and mailing houses and function co-ordinators. These third parties comply with similar and equally stringent undertakings of privacy and confidentiality.

We share your personal information with our other Group companies for internal reasons, primarily for business and operational purposes. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or merges with us your personal information will be disclosed to such entity. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information will be considered an asset of ours and as such it is possible they will be sold or transferred to third parties.

We may be required we share your personal information with third parties to comply with a legal obligation, such as; when we believe in good faith that an applicable law requires it; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce any terms and conditions of our services  or other applicable policies; to detect and protect against fraud, or any technical or security vulnerabilities; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, visitors to the our website, our business or the public.

Finally, we share professional contact information within the Next15 Group to service financial needs such as invoicing and payment.
