About the Demand Generation Unit

This role will be supporting our Demand Generation unit, a specialist team within Agent3, dedicated to supporting customers to make the most of various paid media channels, advertising techniques and marketing automation platforms to reach highly targeted audiences. Working in collaboration with other specialist teams across the organisation we consult, plan, manage, activate and report on programmes for some of the world’s biggest B2B brands. Our focus on specific audiences allows us to support the broader Agent3 team’s Account Based Marketing efforts on behalf of clients, but also to work directly with brands who need to get messages in front of a defined audience pool to support sales pipeline and lead acquisition.

Role overview

As a result of our continued growth we are looking for a Traffic Manager to field assignments from our clients across the globe, assign resources and ensure work is delivered on schedule and on budget. Reporting into our Director of Digital Activation, you will work closely with both our digital activation and our marketing automation practice, to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.

As a Traffic Manager Agent3, you will:
  • identify the resources needed to fulfil projects and managing a pool of staff, contractors and freelancers, to assign the right talent to the right work
  • ensure work is scheduled and then tracked through to completion, on time and within budget
    identify any potential causes of delay early, and act to resolve any issues and help team members troubleshoot where necessary
  • support and manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently to achieve our clients programme goals
  • oversee the reporting of programme data to make sure client expectations are met and we are utilising resources appropriately to maintain profitability
  • develop positive relationships with a broad range of people and teams across Agent3 and beyond
  • make sure all activities within your remit are approached and delivered to the best of our collective ability, and in keeping with the Agent3 values of challenge, collaborate and lead
  • look for opportunities to try out different approaches in pursuit of programme goals. You’ll take pride in developing your specialist skills and bringing yourself up to speed with the latest thinking and best practices around programme management through self-learning or formal training
As a Traffic Manager at Agent3, you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years of project or traffic management experience within a B2B marketing environment, ideally within an agency
  • an understanding of project management methodologies, processes and tools, including job scoping, management, staffing and resource allocation
  • an interest in working with technology platforms to help achieve better results/more efficient delivery
  • the ability to organise your workload and work with a team to prioritise competing requests, delivering tasks on time and to a high standard
  • experience in running multiple projects at the same time
  • a working knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, Avaza and Asana is advantageous but not required
