Role overview

Based in our Surry Hills office, and reporting into one of our Account Directors, we’re looking for someone to manage Account-Based Marketing programs from end-to-end for clients including some of the world’s largest technology brands.

As an Account Manager at Agent3, you will:
  • Manage the delivery of ABM programs from start to finish, working closely with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client, working closely with both marketing and sales contacts to consult them on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress and results
  • Mentor junior team members, helping them to make an impact and grow their careers
  • Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your key accounts, working closely with senior colleagues
  • Help to manage the team’s resource allocations, so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects
  • Effectively track project finances
As an Account Manager at Agent3, you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years of client-facing delivery experience in an ABM or digital marketing agency, or an in-house marketing role, with hands-on experience of running effective ABM, executive and stakeholder engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns for B2B brands
  • The initiative to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of hands-on job requirements
  • The communication skills to advise customers on the best approach available, constructively challenging client briefs where required, and to bring together our teams to deliver amazing work
  • Time and project management capabilities, allowing you to prioritize competing requests and juggle multiple program deliverables
