Role, Responsibilities and Requirements
We’re looking for someone to take on an Account Director role with great depth and huge potential! In a nutshell, you’ll share responsibility for delivering end-to-end ABM programs and managing relationships with key global and local customers, covering some of the world’s largest global tech brands.
This role requires a broad range of B2B digital marketing skills, from developing ABM strategy to customer and program management, content creation, multi-channel activation and campaign measurement. You’ll have the initiative and confidence to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of hands-on job requirements; the communication skills to consult with customers on the best approach available; the time management abilities to prioritise competing requests; and the self-starter and upward management skills that enable you to be a master of your own workflow. We’re looking for someone who’s commercially minded and able to input into setting targets for commercial growth and supporting with plans to meet them. You’ll also need to bring your ideas and your voice to work each day as you’ll be given an open license to suggest new ways of doing things and the responsibility to see them through.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of client-facing delivery experience in a B2B marketing agency, or an in-house digital marketing role. We’re looking for somebody with hands-on experience of running effective executive and stakeholder engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns, encompassing messaging, content creation and multi-channel activation. ABM experience is not required, although if you have it we’d love to hear from you!
About our team in London
Agent3 was founded in London, and today it’s where our largest customer-facing team is based. We’re a diverse bunch of strategists, content and creative experts, marketing automation specialists and AdTech whizz kids. While we’re not a startup in terms of service, experience and solutions, we still like to embrace a startup mentality, where everyone has the opportunity and the responsibility to shape our culture. We work hard but we like to have fun, so we often go out as a team for a curry or after-work drink.
