Role overview

One of our clients is looking for a strategic, dynamic and creative Senior Account Based Marketer to be seconded from Agent3 into their UK marketing team. You will work closely with Agent3 and their marketing team to create, deliver and execute impactful programs to profile, drive awareness, build solid relationships and create qualified pipeline from a strategic set of accounts.

As an ABM Program Manager, you will:
  • Work with industry leaders, sales teams, senior sales and executive stakeholders and colleagues within the marketing team and Agent3 to research, develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing plans for a selected set of accounts  focused on meeting pipeline goals, increasing engagement, building relationships across C-Suite and senior business decision makers in alignment with sales priorities
  • Work with the content team to create unique account based value propositions and content that will differentiate, resonate with the audience and generate engagement
  • Drive organisational profiling, demand generation, consideration and awareness tactics across the funnel for the account set using an effective mix of tactics
  • Collaborate across the entire marketing and product marketing teams to ensure quality and timely  execution, measurement and communication across all stakeholders. Channels include but are not limited to: events, email, direct mail, digital, partner activity, hospitality, social
  • Monitor efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs, presenting findings, and recommending enhancements to maximise growth potential
  • Communicate effectively and manage communications to key stakeholders across all levels of the business, ensuring alignment and their support
As an ABM Program Manager, you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. events, email, print, online and /or social media) especially in a one-to-few account set capacity
  • Experience developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs to a set of complex, global Enterprise organisations
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, allocating & optimising spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results
  • Experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with customers/prospects to deliver results
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter’s attitude
