Agent3 was founded in London, and today it’s where our largest customer-facing team is based. We’re a diverse bunch of strategists, content and creative experts, marketing automation specialists and AdTech whizz kids. Role, Responsibilities and Requirements
We’re looking to appoint a Strategy & Performance Director to oversee the strategy and optimisation of Account Based Marketing programmes for our UK clients.
You’ll be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of how the challenges of our clients and the Agent3 suite of propositions can be best brought together for maximum mutual commercial impact. A technical marketer at heart, you’ll have a passion for bringing together the right mix of channels, content and strategy to deliver results.
You should be adept at translating theory into action and used to working closely with client teams to drive best practice and evidence-based approaches to delivering effective programmes. You’ll enjoy coaching and motivating teams and developing discipline and structure to the process of creating strategy for campaigns as well as monitoring and optimising performance.
You will also be instrumental in supporting customer-led innovation, feeding back successes and failures to allow us to iterate existing solutions or develop new products, services and propositions to deliver commercial impact for our clients.
As well as having an oversight role you will have accountability for a number of key clients from which significant organic growth is possible. So we’re looking for someone who has experience of running relationships with large, high-profile customers, ideally across a number of geographies, and who still has a desire to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the delivery of client work, as much as providing the thinking and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of client-facing delivery in a B2B marketing agency, or stakeholder management in an in-house marketing role. Account-Based Marketing experience is not required, although if you have it we’d love to hear from you!
