Role & Responsibilities

Working as part of a client consulting and execution team, this person will work on the management and delivery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for a mix of B2B clients, including LinkedIn and Salesforce. The nature of ABM is that every program is different. But some of the responsibilities for this role will include supporting senior team members with preparing for and running goal-setting workshops for customers, liaising with our content and creative teams to manage the creation of new content pieces and delivering on social selling and digital advertising campaigns.   

They should have the initiative and confidence to take on a variety of hands-on job requirements, the communication skills to effectively brief colleagues and consult clients, and the project and time management abilities to keep programs on track and to prioritize competing requests. They will be given a license to suggest new ways of doing things, and the responsibility to see them through. 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of client-facing delivery in a marketing agency, or stakeholder management in an in-house marketing role. We’re looking for somebody with hands-on experience of running effective engagement and lead-generation campaigns, encompassing messaging, content creation and multi-channel activation. Account-Based Marketing experience is not required, although if you have it we’d love to hear from you!
