Agent3 was founded in London, and today it’s where our largest customer-facing team is based. We’re a diverse bunch of strategists, content and creative experts, marketing automation specialists and AdTech whizz kids. While we’re not a startup in terms of service, experience and solutions, we still like to embrace a startup mentality, where everyone has the opportunity and the responsibility to shape our culture. We work hard but we like to have fun, so we often go out as a team for a curry or after-work drink.
Role, Responsibilities and Requirements
Off the back of continued growth we’re looking to appoint a passionate and curious-minded mid-level copywriter into our UK creative team.
First and foremost you will be a strong writer who can quickly get to grips with a client’s business, the needs of their audience, and write original, compelling, on-brand copy. You will have a grasp of the customer journey and creating content for top, middle and lower funnel. This includes writing for digital display, social content, OOH, scripts (e.g. for podcasts and video), editorial, blogs and email. You will also be experienced in breaking down technical subject matter into simple and effective creative ideas.
You will be self-motivated and comfortable with working autonomously across a number of projects where you’ll need to juggle competing priorities. But you’ll also be used to collaborating closely with a team, and will have the confidence to share your ideas on creative concepts, supported by a friendly, encouraging and inspiring environment where we want everyone’s voice to be heard.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in advertising or content writing including writing for B2B technology and/or financial services organisations. Experience of developing content strategy and offering content consultancy will be an advantage. If you’ve written for Account-Based Marketing programmes, or highly personalised copy we’d love to hear from you!
