We opened our Sydney office in 2019 to service our growing number of APAC-based clients. As a new office team, we embrace a start-up mentality. Role, Responsibilities and Requirements

Based in our Surry Hills office, we’re looking for someone to manage Account Based Marketing programs from end-to-end for clients including some of the world’s largest technology brands.  

You will be a key point of contact for the client, working closely with both marketing and sales contacts. This means you’ll be involved in everything from taking a brief to strategy development with a key focus on program delivery and measurement. You’ll be expected to be on top of all elements of the program and to coordinate closely with colleagues in Sydney, London and New York to deliver excellent client service.

You’ll have the initiative and confidence to flip between strategic conversations and a variety of hands-on job requirements; the communication skills to consult with customers on the best approach available; the time management abilities to prioritise competing requests; and the self-starter and upward management skills that enable you to be a master of your own workflow. You’ll also need to bring your ideas and your voice to the office each day as you’ll be given an open license to suggest new ways of doing things and the responsibility to see them through.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of client-facing delivery experience in an ABM or broader digital marketing agency or an in-house digital marketing role. As well as strong customer and program management, this role requires a broad range of B2B digital marketing skills. 

We’re looking for somebody with hands-on experience of running effective executive and stakeholder engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns, encompassing messaging, content creation and multi-channel activation. Experience of social and programmatic advertising, marketing automation platforms and integrating offline tactics into online campaigns is particularly desirable.
