We opened our office in New York in late-2017 and since then we’ve grown rapidly in terms of customers and colleagues. While we’re now a bigger team we like to maintain a start-up mentality and want all our co-workers to feel they have the opportunity and responsibility to shape our culture. We work hard but we like to have fun, so we often go out as a team for an after-work drink or to a basketball game.
Role & Responsibilities
We provide a wide range of services to our clients, so this role will be ideal for somebody with experience – or interest – in aspects such as: social insights ‘listening’ and data analysis; digital content strategy; messaging creation; programmatic and social advertising; and email marketing.
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of client-facing delivery in a marketing agency or other client services (e.g. advertising/communications/media). We’re looking for somebody who has a natural interest in B2B marketing and in the way that new platforms and technologies can be used to communicate with people in innovative, engaging ways.
They should have the initiative and confidence to take on a variety of hands-on job requirements, the communication skills to effectively brief colleagues and consult clients, and the project and time management abilities to keep programs on track and to prioritize competing requests. They will be given a license to suggest new ways of doing things, and the responsibility to see them through.
